Master Level Sud de France
The Master Level Sud de France program is an advanced vocational training course on the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region. The training to obtain the "Master Level Certificate" provides an expertise to the participants on the climate, the grape varieties, the terroirs but also the viticultural practices, and the authentic know-how of the vine growers of our Region.
This program allows to deepen its knowledge on the various appellations of the region through a theoretical course and practical tastings so that students perfect their abilities to differentiate the terroirs characteristic of the region, to understand the range of varieties represented and to master the extreme diversity of Languedoc-Roussillon wines.
At the end of the fourteen hours of training, students will have acquired in-depth knowledge of the Languedoc-Roussillon region and the growing offer of wines that represent it. They will take an equivalent exam at level 2/3 of WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust), one of the world leaders in wine knowledge training.

COURSE OF THE MASTER-LEVEL SUD DE FRANCE SESSIONS
Students benefit from 14 hours of theoretical instruction (20 hours for students in initial training) and practical tastings by a certified teacher and accredited South of France. The tastings consist of a wide range of wines from the region (35 minimum), to identify the richness and specific characteristics of the various appellations and designations of the Languedoc-Roussillon region and to address the effect of the terroir , climate, and different winemaking techniques in the region on wines.
CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION
This program is offered to all those who wish to have a more in-depth knowledge or to acquire expertise in wines from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, from viticulture and oenology trainers to professionals in the field and sales forces through wine lovers.
A preliminary preparation of about 15 hours (reading of a training manual) is necessary before going to class.
